  1. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organisers to ensure the participants’ safety, participants are taking part in this event at their own risks and the Organisers, their sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, otherwise, and howsoever arising.
  2. All participants must bring along the confirmation email together with their Identity Card or passport to collect the running kit. In the event where participants are unable to collect personally, another person is allowed to collect the running kit by bringing along the confirmation email, a photocopied Identity Card or passport of participants and an authorisation letter for collection. Any request for running kit and goodie bag after the collection date will not be entertained.
  3. No pets or any wheel-run objects transport, such as. In-line skates, prams, rollers, push chairs,are allowed on the course.
  4. Registration for the event is not transferable. Any request for change of category would be subjected to an administrative fee of $8.00 without any refund.
  5. For the competitive category participants. As the ChampionChip is a loan item, all competitive participants are responsible to return their chip to the Organiser immediately after the race. In the event where the participants are not attending the run after collected the ChampionChip, participants are to mail the ChampionChip to NUS Students’ Sports Club, Sports and Recreation Centre, 2 Sports Drive 1, Singapore 117561 within 1 week after the race date. A $50.00 (Singapore Dollars Fifty only) penalty applies for the lost of the chip and late return.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event without any prior notification, in which case, the registration fees are non-refundable.
  7. Once the registration form has been duly processed, there will be no refund of registration fees for those who, for whatever reason, eventually do not take part.
  8. The Organisers or member of the official medical staff reserve the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the race to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself.
  9. It is mandatory that all participants wear their race bib once the race has started. No running with bare torso is allowed.
  10. Participants must run on designated path and direction for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  11. The Organisers reserves the right to use any photograph, motion picture recording, or any other record of this race and its participants for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
  12. The Organisers reserve the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
  13. The Organisers will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete entry details. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any entries.
  14. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
  15. Participants’ failure to observe the rules and regulations may result in disqualification.
  16. Any dispute must be made in writing and will be referred to the Organisers. The Organisers decisions are final.
