Competitive Individual (10 km)

(Starting point) NUS stadium -> to Lower Kent Ridge Road towards University Cultural Centre (UCC) -> pass by Kent Ridge Crescent -> turn left towards Clementi Road then run straight for approximately 2km -> turn left to Kent Ridge Crescent ->turn right to Kent Ridge Drive ->passing by Heng Mui Keng Terrace and Science Park Road -> turn left at Pasir Panjang Road and run all the way until Pepys Road -> turn left and continue running till Kent Ridge Park -> run down the Heritage Trail until -> Vigilante Drive and continue running along the road -> turn right to South Buona Vista Road -> Turn left into Kent Ridge Road and continue running all the way until the back of Central Library -> make a right turn at the Kent Ridge Crescent -> turn right at Lower Kent Ridge Road and run towards the NUS Stadium (Ending point)
Competitive Team Relay (2 km)

Basically the initial portion of the race route is the same as the competitive category’s route, until they reach Pasir Panjang Road. Instead, they will turn left upon reaching Kent Ridge Cresent and head towards the Central Library. Then turn right at Lower Kent Ridge Road and run towards NUS stadium, the ending point.

The initial portion of the route is the same as the competitive category’s route, until they reach Prince George Park Road. Upon entering Prince George Park Road, they will turn into Kent Ridge Road towards the Central Library. Turn right at Lower Kent Ridge Road and run towards NUS stadium, the ending point.

NUS Kent Ridge Heritage Trail begins at Masjid Tentera Di-Raja Mosque
along Clementi Road, where the Malay regiment held off the Japanese during the Battle of Pasir Panjang in February 1942. The battle continued along Kent Ridge from University Cultural Centre
to the Kent Ridge Park
and ending at Pepys Road’s Reflections of Bukit Chandu
The trail offers participants an insight into the area’s rich history and war heritage, the rich flora and fauna as well as the magnificent land and sea views.
